As first line OD responders, I'm wondering how often you try to get a drug check on the sample that put someone into overdose? Using leftover/used cooker residue, for example? If drug checking does happen on samples that led people to OD, do you tend to submit a bad dope alert or spread any info via word of mouth? Keen to hear what usually happens at your site.
