Recognizing Indigenous & Black History

As June is National Indigenous History Month, it is important to recognize and pay tribute to Indigenous people and Black people. It is important to to start or refresh our own education and learning about Indigenous people and other Black, and People of colour minorities, especially now while this conversation is world wide for once!

There are some valuable resources such as books/web links which have been shared on our Indigenous Wellness page under resources. You will also see support services available in Vancouver, BC for Indigenous communities and there are some Youtube Videos available.

There are also some links here below of where you can access more information about Indigenous History in Canada and Resources for information on Black History and education.
