This yellow substance of down was tested on 28th May at Overdose Prevention Society OPS (58 E Hastings, Vancouver). This paste was tested by the FTIR Spectrometer which found Caffeine, fentanyl HCl, liquorice, erythritol and test strips showed positive for both benzo's and fentanyl. No known adverse reactions as a result of this substance known at this time. The substance was purchased in the DTES.
