The Intensive Health Outreach Team (iHOT) program and team offer primarily outreach based support and has a low barrier drop in clinic at the Molson OPS in Vancouver (166 E Hastings St) on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays where physicians and nurses are there for additional support as well.
